Google Ads agency to win customers and scale profitable sales
We run your account end to end: Search structure, fixing the conversions that drive optimization, cutting spend that returns nothing, and lead quality checked against your CRM.
Search management
What we work on in your Search campaigns
Most of the demand with real intent sits in Search. This is what we review and adjust in your account every week.
Keywords and match types
We structure keywords by intent and decide the match type for each one: exact where volume allows, broad only when the conversion signals are reliable.
Search terms
We review the search terms report regularly to see which real queries you are actually paying for, not the ones you think you are bidding on.
Negatives
We maintain campaign-level and account-level negative lists, reviewed continuously, to cut the traffic that is never going to convert.
Ads and assets
We write and test headlines, descriptions and assets, and work the extensions to gain space in the auction and filter out irrelevant clicks.
Bidding
We choose the strategy based on the data the account actually has and tune targets per campaign. Automation only works if the conversions feeding it are correct.
Budget allocation
We split spend across campaigns according to what each one returns, and spot the ones limited by budget that could be scaling.
Waste
We identify spend that returns nothing — queries, devices, locations and hours — and move it to what does convert.
Lead quality and CRM
We do not optimize for submitted forms: we connect to your CRM to know which leads qualify and close, and feed that signal back into the campaigns.

How we run your Google Ads account
A 7-step process with a deliverable and a timeline at every stage. Campaigns launch once measurement is reliable, not before.
Business, account, tracking and CRM audit
We learn your margins, sales cycle and what a good customer looks like for you. Then we review account structure, history, tagging and how the data reaches your CRM.
- Audit report with a prioritized action plan
- Timeline: Week 1
Fixing conversions
We fix what is being measured wrong: duplicate events, conversions that are not conversions, attribution and values. Without this, any automated bidding strategy optimizes toward the wrong goal.
- Measurement verified event by event
- Timeline: Weeks 1-2
Search and capturing demand
We rebuild the search campaigns: structure by intent, match types, negatives, ads and assets. This is where the demand that is already looking for you sits.
- Restructured Search campaigns, live
- Timeline: Weeks 2-4
Shopping or Performance Max when it fits
If you sell products and the feed and measurement support it, we open Shopping or Performance Max with exclusions and brand segmentation. If it does not add value, it does not launch.
- A reasoned decision and, where it applies, live campaigns
- Timeline: From month 2
Demand Gen and YouTube
Once Search is capturing all the existing demand, we open demand generation to reach people earlier in the process, measuring its effect on the business and not just on the last click.
- Demand generation campaigns with their own measurement
- Timeline: From month 3
Bidding, budget and lead quality optimization
We tune bid targets and budget allocation every week, cut spend that returns nothing, and use the close signal from your CRM to optimize for customers rather than form fills.
- Weekly review with decisions made
- Timeline: Ongoing
Scaling and reporting
We increase spend in a controlled way as long as cost per customer holds, and deliver a report that ties campaigns to revenue, not to intermediate metrics.
- Scaling plan and monthly business report
- Timeline: From month 3
The measurement everything else rests on
Automated bidding is only as good as the data it receives. This is what we leave working before scaling.
Google Analytics 4
Properly defined conversion events, correct values and reviewed attribution models, so you see the full journey and not just the last click.
Google Tag Manager and consent
Clean tagging, reviewed triggers and integration with your consent platform. The setup follows your privacy policy; it is not compliance that switches itself on.
Enhanced and offline conversions
Server-side conversion sending and offline imports from your CRM, so leads that close weeks later are attributed too.
Looker Studio reporting
A dashboard combining Google Ads with your analytics and your CRM: cost per qualified lead, cost per sale and return by campaign.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions about Google Ads
What companies ask us before handing over their Google Ads account.
What exactly does Google Ads management include?
It includes the initial account and measurement audit, campaign restructuring, weekly management of keywords, match types, negatives, ads, bids and budgets, fixing and maintaining tracking, and a monthly report tying spend to qualified leads and sales.
What is the minimum recommended Google Ads budget?
We recommend starting from €3,000 per month in ad spend. Below that the account does not gather enough conversions for automated bidding to learn, and decisions end up being made on samples too small to be reliable.
Do you only work on Search, or also Shopping and Performance Max?
We always start with Search, where the demand already looking for you sits. Shopping and Performance Max open once the catalogue, the feed and the measurement support it, with exclusions and brand segmentation so you know what each campaign contributes. If they do not add value, they do not launch.
How do you fix measurement and conversions?
We review what is being recorded as a conversion, remove duplicates and actions that are not business outcomes, adjust values and attribution, and implement enhanced conversions and server-side sending. Until measurement matches what happens in your CRM or your store, we do not scale spend.
How do you measure lead quality and connect it to the CRM?
We import offline conversions from your CRM to know which leads qualify and which close, and feed that signal back into the campaigns. That way Google optimizes toward real customers instead of submitted forms, which is the difference between lowering cost per lead and lowering cost per customer.
How long does it take to see results?
The first weeks go into the audit, fixing measurement and restructuring. Reliable cost-per-conversion readings usually arrive from week 4, and a scaling phase from month 3, provided spend and conversion volume are high enough.
Is the Google Ads account mine?
Yes. We work inside your own Google Ads account and your own analytics properties, with management access. All the history, audiences and conversions stay with you if we ever stop working together.
